Renovation of a flat in the alps! STATUS QUO

The house in Davos/Klosters was build in the 70ies and in the last 40 years no renovations of any kind were undertaken. Meaning, we were was facing wall-to-wall-carpenting in bathroom and kitchen and the unforgettable brown and orange tiles -:))
